I'm running the new build (build 10581) on my Lumia 1520.3. The Lumia camera app won't shoot 4k video. I push the dedicated camera button, the app launches, but the timer stays at zero and wont record when I try to start recording. When I reduce the video settings to shoot in 1080p it records fine. The windows camera app however records 4k video fine.
Should I still be using the Lumia Camera app? Is this a bug that will be fixed soon? Is Microsoft eventually just going to discontinue the Lumia Camera app for the Windows Camera app?
