Why could i not connect to my computer to rollback

Hi, i've installed the TP10 to my Lumia 930.
after the first Problems (no start Screen, loading....),
i did hard reset and it run better but i could not connect
to my Computer to sync data or make a rollback with
the recover tool. Loading works.
Any idea?

Try other USB cables, USB ports or another PC. Basically keep trying.
I ones had to try 5 USB cables and 2 USB ports before it worked.

Use Nokia software updater for retail. It will solve your problem
