why did my Dual sim stop working? 950XL win 10 regular build

both cards are at&t and have worked for awhile, today I cant have more then one on at the same time. I also notice when I click on the sim 1 or sim 2 search for networks button is not there any more.
950 XL unlocked on at&t network, sooner the better I am on call for work

In a network area with only LTE or 3g/2g? I don't think the sim can share antennas same time. LTE for sure not...

Also in Mobile & SIM settings, make sure one of them is not turned off?

I can tell they both work because I can switch each of them on and f they wont work together at the same which they had done perfectly before. the automatic update button is gone..
