Why did my software downloading stop during the update?

software downloading stop during update

When i'm trying to update my lumia 640. Then the downloading is pause. I'm waiting for two days but the downloading is still pause. So please tell me solution.

Check if your phone memory has at least 1.5 gb free space. You must have free space or you wont be able to update phone.
