Some settings are managed by your organization solution

hey guys i have a problem with notifications on phone its turned off and when i go to settings it says that ! what is the solution
WIN 10 Mobile build 10586
Lumia 1520

1) Did you get this with a previous build or just started with this build?

2)If you got this issue with previous builds it is either a bug or you are joined / enrolled on to your work's network which is governed by policy set by IT.

3)If this started with this build, have you tried a hard reset?

it started from the last build
exactly when i tried to run the app corner

Yup, that is a bug you will need to roll back and update.
