Why do I have 24 apps that say attention required?

24 apps say attention required not stopping me ringing out and texting help

I have Nokia Lumia 635 and for some reason 24 of my apps all say attention required but now its affecting me ringing out it says call dropped I tryed re installing apps never dwn loads or says re try but again fails to work went into Carphone Warehouse and rang o2 up and they said about useing a disk via computer but you don't get a disk with the phone ? Anyone guide me on fixing this please
