Why do I have a lot of different coloured lines showing on my Lumia 630 screen?

there are lot of different coloured lines showing on my lumia 630 screen. what to do

my phone fell off from my hand and different coloured lines are showing on sceen.

Sounds like the screen has sustained damage, the 630 should still be covered by the Nokia/MS warranty.
You should be able to pop your phone in your nearest Nokia/MS Care Point.
