Windows 10 upgrade fail due to wifi connection loss

I was upgrading from WP8.1 to W10 and all was going fine but then my internet connection went off for about 1 minute and then back on. Ever since that happened, the phone has been restarting (Nokia logo) and then the cogs are displayed for abt 15 seconds and the phone switches off. It repeats this if the USB cable is plugged in.

Please Help!
