Why do MS Edge pages keep reloading on Win 10 phone?

I use a Nokia Lumia 830 with Windows 10. Many (but not all) Edge website pages keep reloading while I'm reading the page. Different sites reload at different rates which sometimes makes it difficult to get back to where I was before it reloads again. And, it may or may not reload the pictures. How can I solve this issue?

This is a known issue for some versions of W10M

You're joking, right? It's been doing this forever and there are literally thousands of reports of it on the feedback hub. Sorry, but if they were going to fix it, they'd have done it by now.

Hint - it doesn't do it in reading mode.
