Why do my phone lose cellular connection after I send a text message?

Phone loses cellular connection after I send a text message

My Nokia Lumia 521 has been losing the cellular connection whenever I send a text message. When this happens I cannot send/receive text message or phone calls. The only way I have been able to get the phone working again is by powering off and then powering it back on again. Can somebody help me to find out what's wrong and how to fix it? Thanks

You might need to use the recovery tool as it sounds like a bug and a rather annoying one.

Do you have WiFi calling turned on, try setting to cellular only and see if that helps
