Add new user just flashes in Windows 10
I need to add a new local account as I can't access any of my files since updating to Windows 10 and selecting to sign in with the Microsoft account. When I go to user settings and click to add a new user, the utility flashes and immediately closes.
I verified that my AMD Radeon HD5570 driver is up-to-date and ran the SFC corrupted files utility. I also booted in Safe Mode with no luck.
Please help? Thank you.
