Why does my backup stall at 21?

Why does my backup always stall at 21% and cannot go further?

An issue we all have since its release, actually it has become even worse lately!
1.Try changing your lock screen pic to low resolution one + remove start screen background.
2. Some apps graded out during backup, uninstall those (on your start screen)

If you're planning to upgrade to 10, upgrading experience is more than great!!
