Why my computer freezes, if I set the date to 2099 12 31 and time to 11 59 58 am

I use Windows 8.1. If I set the date to 2099 12 31 and time to 11 59 58 am. After one seconds os windows 8 freezes and I have to turn off the computer and again turn on.
I spend my 100 $ and I am not able to use my computer after setting to 2099-12-31 11-59-59 am without reseting.
Please help me. Thanks

What did you expect to happen? In case you weren't aware, programs are on a clock and most apps are time sensitive. Modify the clock and apps that use it as part of its security algorithm don't function. But what did you expect to happen?

Is there some specific objective you are trying to achieve? Your activities and your question lack any context other than simply "messing around."

What benefit do you expect to gain by setting an artificially advanced date and time?

That's an enhanced security feature. The computer knows you should be dead by then and it suspects someone has stolen your computer. Those Microsoft engineers think of everything don't they?
