Why does my cursor keep sticking on my Asus laptop with Windows 10?

my cursor keeps sticking on my Asus laptop with windows 10

I cannot move the cursor once I have signed in. I have been using windows 10 for a few weeks without any problems

Are you able to use your keyboard or your machine just freezes?
