Why does my Lumia 521 have to resume the lock screen?

So just like most other of you fine people,I downloaded the lock screen app that came out today,especially since they said it wouldn't be coming to 512mb phones. But when I downloaded it,it basically slowed the phone down by a lot,and turning it on to see the new pretty lock screen took ages. So I uninstalled it,and went back to the setup I had before with Papercut Free,and whenever I turned the phone on it'd have to resume to the lock screen,so I just put a single photo,and I'm still resuming to the lock screen. When I press the button,the bar on top shows (the one with the 4G and battery) there is a black screen for a second,then resuming....Any help?

Same problem, no answer so far, and it's not just 512mb phones, I have a 925

So I just changed the lock screen to the Bing images and it seemed to have worked, no resuming so far, I also gave my phone a restart just to be sure

Well for me,it just changes it into the default picture with the weird ice canyon thing,but it still works,no resuming

Had the same issue today too - was stressing me out! Changed to Bing Lock screen then locked and unlocked my phone a few times then went back to the single photo and everything works fine now.

Not installing the live lock screen again!

Good to see there is a way around this, and it seems it's related to the lock screen,too :/ bummer
