When using my PC it will sometimes randomly restart. I know it is most likely due to updates but I can't seem to fix it. Here is the error message.
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{6B3B8D23-FA8D-40B9-8DBD-B950333E2C52}
and APPID
{4839DDB7-58C2-48F5-8283-E1D1807D0D7D}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE SID (S-1-5-19) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Tried many different things but never worked.

I have considered it but wouldn't that delete my files? If so I would rather use it as a last resort.
Sorry for the delay. I don't visit the WC forums often.

Reinstall will have an option to retain your files, but apps and programs need to be reinstalled.

So for games like fortnite or steam apps will they also have to be reinstalled because fortnite itself is a very large game.

Hi, I find a solution in microsoft. But the link is too long, so I paste it to here.

1. Click Start -> Run -> Type -> dcomcnfg, expand Component Services -> Computers -> My Computer -> DCOM Config.
2. Click View -> Detail -> Now you will get Application Name and Application ID in right side.
3. Scroll down and find the application ID {AD65A69D-3831-40D7-9629-9B0B50A93843} -> Right Click -> Properties and select the Security tab.
3. Click Customize under "Launch & Activation Permission" -> click Edit -> Add in the account NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM and set local launch and local activation.
4. Restart the application Service linked to this Application ID or restart the server and monitor

Wish it helps.

I am trying to do this method but I can't find {AD65A69D-3831-40D7-9629-9B0B50A93843}. Is there a faster way to find it? Also I reset my pc it only worked temporarily.

This has started to happen more frequently.
