Why does my phone randomly restart?

My phone randomly restarts

I have an HTC Windows (M8) and it has been working well for the last six or seven months since I got it. But recently I've went to Windows 10 mobile preview program and my phone has been consistently restarting. I was just wondering if this was an bad from the windows 10 preview update or if I am the only one to have this issue. I had Windows 10 for about a month and none of this had happen before.

my 920 on the preview build is solid, but my 950xl has this issue. It seems to happen around the fast track insider build dates, so I have never put too much thought into it. My 920 is also on fast track insider builds and doesn't do this.

I thought it was because i had it in my pocket with the screen towards my skin causing the issue, but i turned it around and it did the same thing.

Its been a week or so since I've seen this behavior.
