Probably your screen lifts a bit from the frame on the top part, so the proximity sensor gets light from outside. try to push it back and see if it works. its a design flaw in the 930. i removed my screen and replaced the adhesive tape (M3) the screen is being fixed in the frame and its rock solid now.
you can try to heat it up a little so the glue gets warm and sticks a little bette rif u pres it into the frame.
Replacing the tape i would not recommend if ur not experienced in repairing electronics hardware.
