Why does Viber show as offline on my Windows 8 PC?

Viber shows as offline on my Windows 8 PC.

I downloaded it from the Windows store and followed all instructions. I can't find how it can be on or off line.

I'm sorry to hear that the Viber app for Windows 8 is not working. Please submit a trouble ticket with Viber support to resolve the issue.

viber instaled and worked but after shoutdown its always on offline and i check abd did firewall too but same
