Why does Viber take for ever to open?

Why does viber take for ever to open ?

I have just bought a new computer with windows 10, and cannot get viber to work on it.

All I get is a little spinning wheel saying " CONNECTING YOU TO VIBER"

Been doing this for an hour now.

close the app and try again
If that doesn't work, uninstall it and reinstall it
Third option is to restart your pc and try again
