Why does Win 10 Microsoft Mail not use Contacts from Microsotf Small business Mail Server?

MS Mail has eMail and Calendar, but no Contacts.

Join the site and give some more detail. What version of Small Business Server? The ones I am familiar with use Exchange for mail, so there should be no issue getting to contacts from a Windows 10 mail client.
