Why doesn't Data Sense have a pre-paid switch?

Data Sense seems to be locked into "monthly" plans where the renewal date never changes. MY plan is a 30-day pre-paid plan, and data sense is now six days behind when I have to renew my plan versus when it THINKS my plan renews. How can I manually reset this? CAN I manually reset it?

You can always edit the reset date.
