Windows Central Question

why doesn't my 10-key work?

I have two new computers, one Dell one HP, neither are recognizing the 10-keypad. First noticed on my HP and thought it was a hardware issue. But then, I tried my other and it doesn't work either. Could this be a conflict issue with windows 10?
