Why doesn't my BLU win HD LTE phone start?

BLU win HD LTE phone does not start

I have bought this phone 3 days ago, I change my Sim card and Micr SD card Yesterday. Joined the set up programma with my data, Phone is asking to make an update. Everything Ok. I fil up my battery with tje loading device. This morning I like to start my Phone. No any result. Start program does not start the phone (black screen) no LEDs are burning are indicate any. Battery is charging still without any result.

Try holding Volume Down + Power...Hopefully you will see an exclamation (!) screen appear.

If yes, let go of the buttons when you see it.

Tap Volume Up/ Volume Down / Power / Volume Down > then you should see the spinning gears.

If it remains inoperative, contact the seller for warranty repair or replace.
