Yeah, me too facing the same issue, connecting through USB says "device not recognized" and "phone charging slowly", Hope there is any workaround for this

Have you installed Windows Device Recovery tool? Cause it contains drivers for lumia and other WP.

Go to Device manager, Portable devices, find your device, right-click, update driver. Let me know if it works

It works for me. However, it's horribly slow.
