Why doesn't my Mail tile on Windows 10 open?

The windows 10 Mail tile on Start Up when first upgraded open fine and it found my account and synced . A few days later , clicking on it, it moves but doesn't open? How do I open it? Or reset it?

- try soft resetting the device. Usually this solves the problem. Another option:
- remove it from the start page and pin it again.
