Why doesn't my mobile data ever stop being used? [Lumia 520-Windows 10 Technical Preview]

I m using lumia 520 & after installing technical preview for windows 10, my mobile data dosesnt get off. I receive frequent msgs showing mobile data consume.

If you are on fast ring then update to 10052 build recently released. Data toggle bug is fixed in this build. Alternatively you can change access point to non working APN.

Read that. I repeat, read it. This has everything you should know before jumping into dangerous things like that.
It explicitly stats that the data switch was broken. I think its since been fixed, but please read up on what you're signing up for.
