phone ringing volume when headphones are in
when i have my headphones plugged in the phone does not ring out , only vibrates. I can be sitting at my PC with my headphones in my ears and i miss calls as the phone does not make a sound. the ring volume in up high ( and rings loudly if the headphones are unplugged), the volume control (up/down) just adjusts the volume of the person speaking to me. It is a work phone so tel calls only. No music. I have raised with my IT dept and they cant help. My colleagues do not have the same problem.
