why doesn't my phone turn on?

[Windows Central Question]

I have the lumia 640 with WP10 for less than a week. I used it for two days, everything was kinda fine (it didn't turn on if it wasn't connected to the charger).
on the third day I ran out of battery. Since then the phones just vibrating but doesn't turning on.
I took out the battery and put it back.
Tried to turn in on with the SIM card out.
Charged the phone for 24 hours and then tried to turn it on again.
tried this "Hard Reset" with the power and lowering volume buttons and all the rest tricks I saw online.
but still, the phone just vibrates, randomly, sometimes double vibration or triple vibration, but dowsn't turn on.

Sounds to me like your phone has a dud battery. Where did you buy the phone? Any chance it's under warranty?
