Why don't I find Cortana?

I did not find Cortana in my Nokia Lumia 630 Windows Phone. I think Cortana is supposed to apear when I press search button. She did not. Next, I checked Apps List, Cortana is also not there? Is Cortana not installed in my phone? If not, how can I install the app?

You haven't mentioned what country you are in. Cortana is not worldwide yet.
