Why don't I have a call+sms filter in settings on Windows Phone?

No call+sms filter in settings on Windows Phone

I have no call blocking facility on my windows phone and neither the call+sms filter feature.

Is there a way of downloading this feature to my phone - I am getting some nuisance calls - help please. I did have this feature on my previous handset [Lumia 520] but the replacement [exact same model] this feature does not exist!!

I don't know what to do!!!

Welcome to Windows Central.

Have you tried checking for updates in your new same-model handset? The latest version for the L520 should be 8.10.14219.314.
