No data connection after the new update to 10549

Hi, after updating my Lumia 1020 to 10549, I can't access any data anymore. No cellular, no wifi. Can't turn wifi on... What's up?

10549 is the somewhat buggy version that was released to the fast ring, and may have problems with the upgrade. I'd recommend hard resetting after the update, or using the reset tool (FAQ - How can I recover/reset/restore my phone software? - Microsoft - USA) to bring your phone back to 8.1, then re-update to 10.

Mine actually went black and I feared the worst hooked it up to laptop and opened windows recovery tool and before it could even open it triggered the phone on and it began migrating date, I immediately had to hard reset and it's running well on. Lumia 1020, still access point requires manually setting apn settings for carrier IN order to mms
