Why don't I have a wifi option under Network & Internet ok Windows 10?

I am trying to connect to wifi on Windows 10 but there is no option for Wifi under Network and Internet. Why is that?

Is the wireless adapter showing as installed in device manager? No exclamation mark next to it?

I have same problem.there is a yellow colour triangle with exclamation mark on my Realtek RTL8192DE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC MAC1 .there is no opyion for wifi in internet and networknetwork.why.please help
