Why don't Network computers show in Windows Explorer?

Windows Central Question

Network computers do not show in Windows Explorer

After upgrade to Windows 10 November version, my network computers (my computer network setting is work place without domain, but not Homegroup) do not show in Windows Explorer any longer, but they can be connected via drive mapping.
