bing rewards cancelled me

i have been doing the bing rewards thing since it started i had a total of more than 10,000 rewards point available then a few days ago using firefox my bing search page didn't have but a single column of results didn't have the additional information on a separate column and i stopped getting credit for searches on my pc but i was still getting credits for searches on my wp so i contacted the help center. i also mentioned i could not get verified through the bing rewards app on my wp but if i just did the searches from the hard search button i was getting credit still.then this morning they cancelled me now i have only used my pc and my windows phone one account only no bot or program not that computer literate anymore (knew some dos and stuff back in the windows 95 and 98 era but have forgot it all. i have had wp7 and have xbox 360 never like the spy system google or the locked up apple stuff had ipods but no luck with them lasting long after warranty's ran out so i have been a microsoft guy. i have not cheated unless clicking on the stories at the bottom of the bing search page is illegal. and yes i used the you may also like or actors in a movie results nothing but that for years now. now the only things that have changed is my vista laptop died a few months back and the speaker in my lumia 928 died so i bought a htc one m8 windows phone on ebay and i put a old xp machine back into service was saving for a new laptop. but to me this has changed alot for me. my opinion of microsoft may be damaged beyond repair i may have to go to a company i really dislike. i stopped using google because i don't like being tracked i don't do any thing like facebook or twitter i am a private person i figured microsoft has had my information since 95 i'll stick with them but to be accused of cheating in someway i do not get it. i did read other peoples stories of basically the same thing but i lost way more than they did. the best i can remember i over the years have cashed in to the win it with bing rewards around 8000 points and sat on over 10,000 points i feel screwed!

I spent 6 or 7 hours on the phone yesterday trying to get some answers, kept getting put on hold, passed around i have 8 different phone numbers. the last guy i spoke to (in asia)said he would escalate my reference number for me said to give it 24 hours that was around 4pm i started at 8:30am. this is over 2 yrs of my life wasted. my morning routine was coffee and read news with bing.

um the EULA means termination is well within their rights so a class action is basically me threatening to sue because I don't like your tie.

but still, I'd prefer email since language barriers, etc isn't a problem and that it can be done at my leisure.

I am patiently and politely emailing the Bing rewards team about my closed account. Haven't heard back yet but it is indeed frustrating. It seems like someone or something messed with their system and is causing a lot of people to have their accounts closed?

The only reason I can think that they suspected a bot or something fraudulent is that I have been searching on my windows phone and laptop very frequently while I was traveling the last month (finding restaurants, attractions etc). Also, I frequently click on the interests/article links presented on the Bing homepage. Maybe their system registered that as a bot??
