WhatsApp hanged my cell

i was checking settings of whatsapp there i find an option like reader with male/female voice option when i on it suddenly m cell screen is surrounded by yellow boundry. now i am not able to scroll, swipe or uninstall any program. Also to open, type anything i have to first mark that program, text and then double click on it. Help me...

What device are you using? What OS version and firmware are installed?

I think you're in narrator mode. Press the volume up and start button simultaneously.

The screen "issue" should be fixed. Then go into settings, ease of access, and disable narrator.

P.S. People should learn how to read what the settings is about before toggling it on. Seriously, Everyone.
