i want to know when is full version of windows 10 update for phones (i am not asking about the preview)

MS are often quoted as having said "summer".
So some point before October is a good guess.

I wouldn't get too excited. MS had the opportunity for something ground-breaking with McLaren. But ditched it (maybe wisely, who knows). If the leaked 940 specs are anything to go by, it'll just be more of the same. But I dare say thinner, and hence still limited to lucky-to-make-a-day battery life. Yay. And not available outside US for months after release. Extra Yay.

Windows 10 is currently scheduled for "Summer", but don't forget that mobile carriers also play a part in testing/release. Taking that into account, you're looking at Autumn.

We don't know at this point about Preview for Developers or whether Technical Preview will end up being close to final.
