Why haven't I got the update?

Not getting Update!

I'm using lumia 535. i got the update. downloaded everything, but then it told no space in phone memory, then i did a factory reset, and now i'm having enough space in phone memory, but my upgrade advisor not showing any updates!!!
why is it so? any sugesstions?

this has been reported by many users and as of now no solution is present

keep trying though in the meanwhile.

You could also try recovering your phone with the 'Windows Device Recovery Tool' and then try the 'Upgrade Advisor' app again.

Same here. A few days ago it started installing, then when it was almost done it said something like "we tried to write on the SD card and something went wrong". After that, nothing. I reset the phone and launched the upgrade advisor again, this time it says the phone is eligible for upgrade but never starts upgrading it. Whatever?
