Why hp laptop having Windows 10 home edition installed is constantly freezing?

My hp laptop with CPU AMD Ryzen 3 2200U and GPU Radeon Vega Graphics 3 is installed with Windows 10 Home edition is constantly freezing despite expanding ram

How much RAM do you have? If you open up Task Manager what is using the most resources? Disable/uninstall each one in turn until you find the culprit.

Also in the task manager, right click the task bar then select task manager or ctrl+alt+delete then task manager or winkey+x then task manager.

You can see which app or service is using most of the CPU cycles.

Sometimes the freezing issue can be attributed to the indexing service hogging up 100% of the CPU. You can stop that service in the task manager via the services tab then navigate down to wsearch -> right click it -> then stop.
