Why I cannot open Photos App in Lumia 950?

Brand new Lumia 950 Dual Sim
Windows 10 Mobile
Version 1511
10.0.10586.0
Suddenly Photos app doesn't not open. It used to work well until yesterday.
I've tried to update it (there's an update available in the store) but every time I try it delivers error 0x8103010D.
I cannot uninstall the app.
When making pictures, I cannot open them from the camera either.
Made soft reset by removing battery but no changes.
Some ideas?

same...have issue where phone update stuck at 0% and battery drain and phone got very hot. That finally stopped happening, but store updates are piling up and all fail including photos and now photos wont open and I can't attach photos to texts or emails.
