Why i cant download Instagram?

I update my phone, and i wanted to reinstal instagram and now i can download it. I have Microsoft Lumia 640, win10 fast ring.

so if you open store, go to history of apps and check for instagram, it shows that it can't work?

Search for instagram in the store, there might be 2 apps, try both to see which downloads
