I've downloaded a few appx and xap app packages on my Windows 10 Mobile. I've turned on sideloading in the settings and when I tap on the files it says "The package can't be installed. Please contact the developer". Please find a way to install directly apps on your phone without MS Store. I'm with the latest Build on MS Lumia 550.
