why i can't update my lumia 830 to newer version of windows?

Hi, my phone build is 10.0.14393.2248 and can't find any update in phone update, in windows insider see this message"you'll need to upgrade to a newer version of windows to get insider builds"
I using Release Preview Ring

You can't opt into the Insider Ring because it's gone for W10M. The latest version of W10M for the 830 is the "Anniversary update"
Windows 10 Mobile - January 2018 status for all compatible phones

MS dropped support for all Nokia Lumia phones a long time ago, so you are stuck with what you have.

You should be able to update to latest AU build 14393.2312 that came tuesday evening.

I using Release Preview Ring

You have to use Interop Tools and fake your phone as a 950 to get to the latest build. After you get to 1709 you can then reset your phone or change your settings back and will receive the monthly updates. here are the setting you need to change.
