It's been like this for as long as I could remember on w10 on my 640. I thought this was how it was.
However I stumbled across some windows 10 videos only to realise that their Cortana was picking up the entire screen where as mine is just like in the center
Am I alone on this? Is this a bug? Is there a fix?
