Why is if every time I switch on the internet (wifi/mobile network) my phone goes unresponsive?

why everytime i switch on the internet(wifi/mobile network) my phone goes unresponsive?

My lumia 520 (wp8) goes unresponsive when i turn the internet on.needs a soft reboot to make it work again.it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.Has anyone experienced or heard anything like this before? is there any possible solution for this?

If it happens every time, you'll probably need to do a Hard Reset (make sure you backup your data)...
