Why is my device not playing music and videos and deleting my files?

[Windows Central Question]

I have installed windows 10 on my Nokia Lumia 535 ( dual sim) a week ago. It's not playing videos i transferred to it from pc and gives error 0xc10100bf, however, It plays youtube videos. It's also not playing any music and gives error 0xc00d36c4. I tried VLC and other apps, also soft reset, but no good. It deletes all photos and files by itself. It does not open any pdf, word or other file that I transferred from pc. Also it does not open some apps on store. Please help!
