Why is my laptop battery drains while it is shut down

I've try many solutions from different sources and none has worked. The last thing I tried was disabling the power configuration in service.msc and seem to have worked, however the battery must be 100% charged prior to doing this.

How much does it drain after every shut down and cold start? Does the battery drain increase after a long period of shut down?
