Why is my Lumia 520 saying that is up to date with the latest OS but all of my apps say different?

Lumia 520 Denim Update (Weird)

I went to update my Phone through the settings, but I got the Message " Your Phone is Up to Date . Last Checked 56 seconds ago ". I saw an article in Windows Central that Lumia 520 in India started to get the Denim update. I went into extras+info and its displayed as " Lumia Denim". But my Firmware version and all other version numbers are the same as Cyan. I didnt get Lumia Camera and other features.

To conclude: The phone says its up to date and also running the Lumia Denim Release, but no Group tiling, Hey Cortana, Lumia Camera and also the latest firmware version under the About section in the settings is the same as Cyan Firmware Number.

Your probably don't have the Denim update yet (at least when you posted) what you are saying is a common bug in the OS.

You won't get 'Hey Cortana', just so you know.
