why my lumia 540 not getting location both on wifi or offline properly?

its gets struck at a constant location sometimes and sometimes it goes on searching for location, help me.and by the way i turned the location on and i know what to do before using maps as i used lumia 820.thankx

It's probably depends upon what surrounding you have.. And weather conditions... It mostly happens in cloudy conditions... Heavy rains.. Or forest area... I also faced that issue.
You can soft reset your phone
use updated maps app and data.
