Why is my Lumia 820 experiencing a low microphone sound?

Lumia 820 low microphone sound

Hello,

After i updated my lumia 820 to Cyan, my friends are telling me that my sound is too low when phone calling them, while my sound is kinda good via VoIP apps like Viber, can anyone help?

Notice that i sent my phone to Nokia Care, and they replaced my Microphone and speakers but still low mic sound

I had the same problem and replaced the phone with the L830

i hope someone will have info u can use, i never found a solution for mine.

Maybe it's a coincidence with the upgrade? My sound is always cluttered and low - so I always have to call using the speaker-settings... Can't call by the default mode.

Do you have a case or something? It may be possible that the case is covering the microphone, or something like that?
